摘要:本发明公开了一种制备溶剂红24的方法,其步骤为:将邻甲苯胺,甲醇,投入反应器中,于20~25oc下滴加30Wt%盐酸,然后降温,在2~5oc下,滴加40Wt%亚硝酸钠溶液,滴完后,再保温3小时,升至常温,再保温2小时,加入软水,搅拌,过滤,洗涤至滤液ph呈中性,干燥;将邻甲苯胺,软水,上述单偶合料,投入反应器中,于20~25oc下滴加30Wt%盐酸,然后降温,在2~5oc下,滴加20Wt%亚硝酸钠溶液,滴完后,再保温4小时,然后在2~5oc下滴加2‑萘酚和5%液碱混合溶液,滴完后,保温2小时,调ph值,保温5小时,复测ph,过滤,滤饼反复清洗后干燥.本发明反应时间缩短,反应比较彻底,产品收率提高了近30个百分点,几乎无副产物,产品色光,强度俱佳.

摘要:A strategy for the synthesis of semi-telechelic polyethylene through the palladium diimine-catalyzed chain transfer polymerization of ethylene using various silanes as chain transfer agents is reported. Polymer molecular weight and end-group chemical structure can be tuned by varying the chain transfer agent as well as its concentration. NMR spectroscopy confirms that the silicon of the chain transfer agent is incorporated into the polymer. The stability of the catalyst toward polar monomer enables the chain transfer polymerization of semi-telechelic poly(ethylene-methyl acrylate) copolymers.
