摘要:New diazine-substituted 1-adamantanes of the formula are described where R is an unsubstituted or a pyridazine ring, pyrazine ring or pyrimidine ring which is substituted, for example, by alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, amino, acylamino, hydroxy, adamant-1-yl, halogen or pseudohalogen. These compounds can be prepared, for example, by electrochemical synthesis in a reaction step from 1-halogenadamantanes and corresponding pyridazines, pyrazines or pyrimidines in an aprotic solvent and in the presence of a conductive salt. They are used, for example, as medicinal products and are characterized by an interesting virostatic activity and, above all, an activity against influenza viruses.
