摘要:本发明涉及一种枸橼酸阿尔维林的新晶型b及其制备方法,以及应用该晶型作为活性成分的药物组合物.本发明制备方法是以价廉易得的苯丙醇为起始,经磺酸酯化和溴化得到3‑苯基溴代丙烷;再在3‑苯基溴代丙烷的过量投料,以及有机碱三乙胺和相转移催化剂存在条件下,分批加入乙胺盐酸盐,"一锅煮"地反应生成阿尔维林游离碱;将有机层纯化处理后,与枸橼酸作用制得枸橼酸阿尔维林粗品.枸橼酸阿尔维林粗品经n‑甲基吡咯烷酮‑水‑dmf的混合溶剂重结晶,得到新晶型b.x射线粉末衍射图中,在2θ 值4.18,15.21,20.53等处具有特征衍射峰.本发明合成工艺路线具有原料易得,反应步骤少,条件温和,操作简单,收率高等特点,是一条环境友好且易工业化的合成路线.
