摘要:本发明公开了一种利伐沙班中间体的制备方法,本发明是关于4‑(4‑氨基苯基)吗啉‑3‑酮及其氨基保护衍生物的绿色高效制备方法,式ⅲ结构通过氧化反应得到式ⅱ结构,式ⅱ结构再通过脱保护基反应可以得式ⅰ结构,化合物i和ii均为合成抗凝药物利伐沙班的重要中间体;所述氧化反应使用高锰酸钾作为氧化剂;使用四乙基苄基氯化铵(Tebac)作为相转移催化剂;使用二氯甲烷作作为反应溶剂;所述氧化反应中,反应温度为15‑55oc.本发明设计了一种利伐沙班中间体的制备方法,本发明具有原料廉价易得,反应条件温和易操作,绿色环保污染少,中间产物和终产物均易于纯化,总收率高,易于实现工业化生产,有效实用.
