摘要:本发明提供了一种舒巴坦酸的合成方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1,Griess脱氨基反应:以6‑apa为原料,硫酸和乙酸乙酯溶液中与亚硝酸钠重氮化反应,再经还原剂还原得6,6‑二氢青霉烷酸溶液,无需分离投入下一步;步骤2,步骤1所得溶液在催化剂作用下,用双氧水氧化得到目标产物舒巴坦酸.采用"一锅法"制备舒巴坦酸,该方法经过griess脱氨基反应,双氧水氧化二步反应合成舒巴坦酸,中间体无需分离,路线短,质量收率85%以上,不使用污染大的溴素,同时将氧化剂高锰酸钾更换为的双氧水,操作简单,绿色环保,避免使用金属粉末或催化加氢,该方法路线短,原料成本低廉,收率高,反应操作简单,三废处理方便,易适合大规模工业化生产.
