摘要:本发明公开了一种烷基酸睾酮的合成方法,属于药物的合成加工技术领域.该方法以4‑雄烯二酮(4Ad)为起始原料,先3位酮基进行烯醇醚保护,然后17位羰基还原成羟基,经酯化和3位水解得到睾酮酯化物,或者以4‑雄烯二酮(4Ad)为起始原料,先3位酮基进行烯醇醚保护,然后17位羰基还原成羟基,再3位水解得到睾丸素,睾丸素3位缩酮保护后,经酯化和3位水解得到睾酮酯化物.本发明方法中酯化反应时3位被保护,可以减少杂质产生,酯化反应溶剂为一种与水不溶的有机溶剂,因此反应完成后,可直接分层提取产物,不需加入大量水析出产物,减少了废水的量,而且溶剂可以回收利用,使工艺更符合工业化生产.

The proanthocyanidins stimulate an endothelial NO-synthase enzyme, which serves as a catalyst for synthesis of the nitric oxide from a substration that is the source of the arginine. A sufficient amount of the nitric oxide is released over time to enhance sexual wellness or sexual fitness. In case of low levels of androgenic hormones in both sexes, the combination may contain as a further ingredient a sex hormone or a sex hormone precursor or a sex hormone stimulant or a sex hormone bioavailability enhancer.
