    摘要:本发明提供了一种左旋氯哌斯汀芬地柞酸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将4‑氯二苯甲醇与2‑氯乙醇在苯类有机溶剂中进行亲核取代反应,得到中间产物;将所述中间产物与哌啶反应,得到外消旋氯哌斯汀;采用拆分剂对所述外消旋氯哌斯汀在脂肪醇类溶剂中拆分,得到左旋氯哌斯汀;将所述左旋氯哌斯汀与芬地柞酸进行成盐反应,得到左旋氯哌斯汀芬地柞酸;所述拆分剂为l‑(‑)‑二r取代苯甲酰酒石酸,R为烷基,烷氧基,‑cl,‑f,‑br或‑h.本发明提供的方法在脂肪醇类溶剂中,以l‑(‑)‑二r取代苯甲酰酒石酸为拆分剂对外消旋氯哌斯汀进行拆分,拆分收率高,使得到的左旋氯哌斯汀芬地柞酸具有较高的光学纯度,且具有较高的产品收率.
