摘要:本发明公开了一种羧酸类化合物还原成醛的方法,在氮气氛围下,在有机溶剂中,一锅法加入配体/cu催化剂,羧酸类化合物,酸酐类化合物和氢硅烷,20‑120oc条件下反应,反应时间2‑20 H,待反应完全后,淬灭,柱层析分离得到产物,本发明通过一锅反应可将羧酸类化合物成功转化为醛,尤其是对不饱和羧酸的还原,反应产率普遍较高.与现有方法相比,本发明的突出优点在于,使用廉价的铜盐作催化剂,大大地降低了实验成本.同时,本发明所使用的方法扩大了反应底物的适用范围,提高了官能团的兼容性,为羧酸化合物还原成醛提供了一种新的合成途径.
