摘要:本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种2‑氨基‑5‑甲基‑6‑溴吡啶的制备方法,属于医药中间体合成技术领域.该方法为:将除水后的有机溶剂在氮气保护下,加入氨基钠,再加热溶液,在加入2‑溴‑3‑甲基吡啶后,保持该温度回流反应;反应结束后,将溶液降温,加冰水分出上层有机溶剂,将有机溶剂浓缩,析晶得到产物.本发明通过一步氨基化,直接得到产品,工艺安全简单,适合工业化生产.
