摘要:本发明公开了一种盐酸缬更昔洛韦ⅰ的制备方法,步骤为:①三氯氧磷溶于惰性溶剂中,与醇液反应,得到磷酰二卤ⅱ;②将更昔洛韦与步骤①的磷酰二卤ⅱ反应得到更昔洛韦单酯ⅲ;③将步骤②的更昔洛韦磷酸单酯ⅲ与n-苄氧羰基-L-缬氨酸酯化得到更昔洛韦双酯ⅳ;④将步骤③的更昔洛韦双酯ⅳ酸化脱磷酸得n-苄氧羰基-L-缬氨酸更昔洛韦单酯ⅴ;⑤最后将步骤④的产物通过氢化反应制得盐酸缬更昔洛韦理ⅰ.该方法生产出高纯度,高收率的更昔洛韦单酯.其后处理更加容易,降低后处理难度.
