摘要:The present invention provides a simple cell-free protein synthesis method capable of affording synthesis of a protein in a high amount in a short time at a low cost. A method for cell-free protein synthesis using an extract derived from an insect cell, the method comprising removing a component which can pass through a semipermeable membrane through the semipermeable membrane while maintaining synthesis reaction, thereby to continuously synthesize a protein. Preferably, an mRNA is additionally supplied while said synthesis reaction is maintained. Further, said insect cell is preferably an established culture cell derived from Trichoplusia ni ovum cell.

摘要:A process of synthesis of D,alpha-tocopherol nicotinate compounds is presented. Therapeutic uses for this compound are described. The active agents are demonstrated to be complementary in their physiological functions especially as these relate to cellular and endothelial biochemistry and physiology and, ultimately to vascular health. The active components of the invention are selected for inclusion in a unique combination that clinically reduces risks of vasculopathy, DNA strand breakage and neuronal excitotoxicity in various diseases. In addition to the systemic vascular benefits acquired, improvement of the vascular health of the eye reduces the risk of glaucomatous optic nerve atrophy with its accompanying visual field loss and potential blindness and reduces conditions of risk for macular degeneration.

摘要:A method for synthesizing a g-C3N4@CuO/MgAl2O4 nanohybrid includes mixing a magnesium salt, an aluminum salt, a copper salt, and menthol in water to form a solution, heating the solution to form a solid, calcinating the solid at a temperature of 600 to 800° C. for 2 to 4 hours to form a metal product, and mixing the metal product with urea and heating to a temperature of 550 to 650° C. for 20 to 60 minutes to form the g-C3N4@CuO/MgAl2O4 nanohybrid. The g-C3N4@CuO/MgAl2O4 nanohybrid includes graphite-phase carbon nitride (g-C3N4) in an amount of 2 to 20 percent by weight (wt. %), copper oxide in an amount of 1 to 10 wt. %, and magnesium aluminum oxide (MgAl2O4) in an amount of 75 to 95 wt. % based on a total weight of the g-C3N4@CuO/MgAl2O4 nanohybrid.

摘要:Process for the synthesis of a cyclic diester of an alpha-hydroxyacid, comprising the following steps:n an alkalino-earth salt of the corresponding alpha-hydroxyacid is mixed with said alpha-hydroxyacid and water; the mixture is treated by evaporation-crystallization, so that a hydrate of the alkalino-earth salt of the linear dimer of the corresponding alpha-hydroxyacid precipitates; the hydrated salt is dehydrated to give the corresponding anhydrous salt; and the anhydrous salt is pyrolyzed, releasing the cyclic diester of the corresponding alpha-hydroxyacid and leaving the alkalino-earth hydroxide as solid residue.
