摘要:本发明涉及精细化工领域,提供一种β‑熊果苷的制备方法.本发明以无水葡萄糖为原料,醋杆作为乙酰化试剂,反应产物经蒸去醋酸和醋酐后,采用乙醇直接结晶处理,制得β‑五乙酰葡萄糖.以三氟化硼乙醚和三乙胺作为催化剂,甲苯和二氯甲烷作作为反应溶剂,β‑五乙酰葡萄糖与对苯二酚缩合,制得β‑四乙酰熊果苷,再乙酰化,得到β‑五乙酰熊果苷.β‑五乙酰熊果苷经过甲醇,甲醇钠脱乙酰基,制得β‑熊果苷粗品,再通过活性炭脱色,石油醚洗涤,乙醇和水得合溶剂重结晶处理,得到本发明产品β‑熊果苷.本发明β‑熊果苷含量纯度达99.8%,苯二甲酚小于2Ppm,重金属含量小于10Ppm.
